If you are a local to the Yorkville, IL area you probably think CARSTAR Yorkville Auto Body has been around forever, and you are almost right! Under owner Dean Fisher’s leadership, CARSTAR Yorkville has been providing auto body and collision repair services since 1976 when we started as a two-man shop. How things have changed since then at our body shop. Our collision center joined the CARSTAR auto body shop organization in 1991 and we’ve never looked back. Our current auto body shop was designed and built in 1994 where it stands today, just west of Rt. 47 on the north side of Rt. 34.
Our auto body shop has grown since our humble beginnings. We employ 15 auto body technicians, body shop painters and collision repair professionals who help CARSTAR Yorkville Auto Body do over $2 million in volume per year. We live in the Yorkville area, are family owned and enjoy interacting with our auto body shop customers who know and trust us. Our collision repair center has earned that trust. And because our auto body shop cares about our community we’ve initiated a number of Green measures to protect the environment we live in.
